Krea is a platform that enables customers to compare loan proposals from different lenders and thus find the loan that suits their business. Guys from Krea came to us with lost of customer’s feedback regarding confusing flows and poor user experience. Our goal was to analyse the dead ends and provide more intuitive design. We redesigned the website and the platform taking into account customers’ complaints and business needs.

We’ve conducted heuristics evaluation of main competitors and discovered the most common design practices. As our goal was to make it easy for customer’s to find and compare loans, we applied design patterns that users are already familiar with.
We’ve created customer journey map for the typical Krea’s persona. It helped us to uncover all steps that user is going through. As a result we identified the most critical painpoints and opportunities for our redesign.

After we finished working on design, it was A/B tested with real users. As the results were satisfactory, it got live. According to recent data, due to our optimizations, conversion rate increased by 14%.
